Actually this is Kathy's new car but she's letting Joe think

Joe is evaluating this little honey and his evaluation will be ready

Joe has owned his ZAP for a little over a year and his evaluation
of it will be included with the Miles evaluation.
After he has evaluated the Miles he plans to evaluate the ZENN.
